This policy explains how MedPlus Tour handles information submitted through medplustour.com or during service coordination.
We may collect contact details, nationality, language, travel preferences, service requests and communications. Medical records, health information, passport details and payment information are sensitive and should not be sent through the public inquiry form or social-media messages.
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess non-clinical service needs, prepare a case for hospital review with your authorization, coordinate travel and local support, manage agreements and payments, and meet legal obligations.
Health information is processed only when necessary and after an appropriate consent process. Before records are shared, we will explain the intended recipient, purpose and channel. A hospital or official service provider may apply its own privacy notice.
With authorization, relevant information may be shared with hospitals, the international medical service platform, interpreters, travel providers or other vendors needed for the requested service. Because visitors and providers may be in different countries, information may cross borders. We limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary.
We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, agreements and applicable legal requirements. No internet or email system is completely secure; sensitive documents should use the secure channel specified for the case.
You may ask to access, correct or delete information, withdraw consent where applicable, or object to certain processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may make coordination impossible.
A parent or lawful guardian must handle inquiries and consent for a minor.
