The hospital International Medical Department coordinates the case internally; clinical decisions remain with the hospital and its licensed physicians.

Initial Service Assessment

Tell us your country, language, general goal, preferred timing and whether you are seeking a checkup, specialist review or treatment. Do not send medical records through social media.

Consent & Information Preparation

If medical review is appropriate, we explain what records may be required and obtain your consent before information is transferred through the agreed channel.

Hospital Review

The relevant service platform or participating hospital determines whether the case can be reviewed and which department may be appropriate. MedPlus Tour does not diagnose or select treatment.

Proposal & Separate Cost Categories

When available, you receive the hospital's preliminary information and estimate. MedPlus Tour then provides a separate coordination-service quote and identifies travel or third-party costs.

Decision, Agreement & Preparation

You decide whether to proceed. If accepted, the hospital or authorized platform may provide supporting documents for a visa application. Visa approval is decided by the relevant Chinese authority.

Arrival & Local Coordination

We coordinate the agreed airport transfer, accommodation, appointment logistics and interpretation arrangements. Medical care is delivered directly by the hospital.

Discharge & Follow-Up Logistics

We help organize discharge documents, local recovery logistics and communication for follow-up. Any tourism activity is optional and subject to medical clearance.
